thermoplastic polyimide is an amorphous polymer that can be used to manufacture end products through injection molding, because TPI is a thermoplastic polymer that is amorphous. Amorphous polymers show better dimensional stability than crystalline or semi-crystalline polymers.
On the other hand, special treatment of amorphous TPI increases crystallinity.
